We pre-treat traffic lanes and stains, agitate, extract with truck-mount hot-water units, and post-spot anything that needs a second pass. Most jobs finish in 60 to 120 minutes on site.
Most three-room residential cleanings finish in 60 to 90 minutes on site. Larger whole-home jobs, tile and grout, and combined carpet plus upholstery jobs run 2 to 4 hours. We give you the time estimate when we book.
Most jobs do not. For set-in pet damage or older stains, we sometimes recommend a 30-day post-clean spot check and we tell you up front. Recurring or seasonal maintenance plans are available for homes that want a maintained look.
Yes. If a treated stain reappears within 7 days, we come back and re-treat at no extra charge. If a treatment we performed does not hold the way we said it would, we come back and make it right.
Yes - documented monthly or quarterly carpet and tile and grout service for offices, retail, short-term rentals, restaurants, and multi-tenant buildings, with logs and reports for property managers. Net billing is available for multi-location accounts.
